Making A Purchase

We accept payment by foreign commercial cards, Visa / MasterCard debit and credit cards including Visa, Switch and Solo. When completing your order the relevant currency will appear after the country selection – your credit card company will ensure the payment is always debited in the local currency. Sterling cheques are also accepted; made payable to "MDM Healthcare Ltd”. PLEASE ENSURE cheques are drawn on a UK Bank in £ Sterling; foreign banks can organise this on your behalf.

Shipping And Handling

Postage and packing charges are made on all of our products depending on the weight of the order and your geographical location. Please select 'Buy ODABAN® On Line' to view the total price, including all shipping charges.
All packs are discreetly packaged in plain jiffy bags. ODABAN® is shipped from the UK.
In the event that a pack is lost in transit due to incorrect address information, MDM Healthcare Ltd may choose not to replace or refund the shipment in full.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 14 days for delivery from receipt of order.

A full refund is available for any Odaban product returned within 45 days of the purchase date with the supporting sales receipt. BEFORE returning the pack, please contact us to explain the reason for the return, in many cases successful results are a matter of correct application technique and there is much we can do to help before you go to the trouble of making a return.
